Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Creators Create LLC ("Creators Create," "we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you accept these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Creators Create. If you are under 18 you confirm that a parent or guardian agrees to these Terms on your behalf. The service is currently operated for users in the United States; if you use it from elsewhere, you do so at your own risk and you are responsible for compliance with local law.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in email secure and for the activity that happens under your account. Notify us at legal@creatorscreate.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. License to use the service

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Creators Create for your own creator workflow. You may not resell, sublicense, or wrap the service into a competing product without our written permission.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to create, distribute, or coordinate illegal content, harassment, hate speech, or content that exploits minors.
• Probe, scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to bypass our security controls.
• Use the service to spam others or to send communications without the recipient's consent.
• Submit material you do not have the right to use, including copyrighted material you do not own or license.

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload to the service — your files, audio, drafts, and creator profile. By using the service you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to process your content solely for the purpose of operating the service for you (storing it, displaying it back to you, sending it to ARIA's AI providers to answer your requests, and delivering connected-tool actions you authorize). This license ends when you delete the content or close your account, except for backups that roll forward within 30 days.

You represent that you have the right to upload everything you upload, and that your content does not violate anyone else's rights.

6. AI outputs

ARIA generates drafts, plans, and recommendations using third-party AI models. AI outputs can be wrong, incomplete, or outdated. You are responsible for reviewing any draft, caption, email, or post before you publish it or send it to a third party. We make no warranty about the accuracy, legality, or fitness for purpose of AI outputs.

7. Third-party integrations

When you connect a third-party tool (analytics, scheduler, storefront, etc.) the third party's own terms and privacy policy govern that tool. We are not responsible for outages, data loss, or policy changes inside those services.

8. Beta service

Creators Create is in active development and parts of the service are explicitly labeled beta. Features may change, break, or be removed. We will give reasonable notice for breaking changes that affect your stored content.

9. Termination

You can stop using the service at any time and request account deletion. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, that put the platform's security or other users at risk, or that we are legally required to suspend.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Creators Create LLC and its officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars (US$100), whichever is greater.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Creators Create LLC against third-party claims arising from your content, your use of the service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

14. Changes to these Terms

When we materially change these Terms we will update the "Last updated" date and version above and notify active users by email and in-app banner. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance of the change.
