Privacy Policy

Creators Create LLC ("Creators Create," "we," "our," or "us") builds an AI operating system for creators. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to creators-create.vercel.app and any related services we provide.

1. Information we collect

We collect information in three ways:

  • You give it to us. Email address (sign-in), display name, creator profile answers from onboarding and Discovery (your stage, goals, tools, time constraints, audience, revenue mix), files and audio you upload, messages you send to ARIA, and any feedback you submit.
  • Tools you connect generate it. When you link a third-party service (e.g. analytics platforms, social schedulers, email tools), we receive the data needed to run the integration — typically read access to performance metrics, post history, or contact lists scoped to your account.
  • Your device generates it automatically. IP address, user agent, basic device type, and timestamps of your sign-in and key actions. We use a single first-party cookie to keep you signed in. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking.

2. How we use it

  • Provide and operate the service you signed up for.
  • Personalize ARIA's responses using your profile, Discovery answers, and conversation history.
  • Send transactional and product emails (sign-in codes, feature announcements, error alerts you opted into). We do not sell your email address.
  • Detect abuse, debug errors, and protect the platform's security and availability.
  • Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

3. AI processing

Your messages to ARIA, your Discovery answers, and any files or audio you upload to ARIA are processed by Anthropic's Claude API and (for face-mode video) Tavus. We send only what is needed to answer your request. Anthropic does not train its models on data sent through the API. We do not use your data to train any model.

4. Who we share with

We share data only with the vendors required to run the platform, and only the data each vendor needs:

  • Supabase — primary database and authentication.
  • Vercel — application hosting.
  • Anthropic — Claude API for ARIA's intelligence.
  • Tavus + Daily.co — ARIA's face-mode video and live conversation infrastructure.
  • Google (OAuth) — Gmail-based sign-in and email delivery for product notifications.
  • Mux — onboarding video hosting.
  • Connected creator tools (e.g. Metricool) — read-only access to data you have explicitly authorized.

We do not sell personal information. We share with law enforcement only when legally required.

5. Cookies

We use a single first-party cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels. The cookie banner you see on first visit lets you decline non-essential cookies; that choice is stored in your browser only.

6. Data retention

We keep account, profile, and conversation data while your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, with a small reserved audit log of the legal acceptance event itself (so we can prove consent was given). Backups roll forward and overwrite within 30 days.

7. Your rights

You can:

  • Access the data we hold about you. Email legal@creatorscreate.com and we will respond within 30 days.
  • Correct any inaccurate profile information from your dashboard.
  • Delete your account and personal data — email us until the in-app delete button ships in the next release.
  • Withdraw consent at any time. If you withdraw consent we will close your account.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or California, you have additional rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, or the CCPA. Contact us using the address below to exercise them.

8. Children

Creators Create is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has signed up, contact us and we will remove the account.

9. International transfers

Our infrastructure is hosted in the United States. If you access the service from outside the US, your data will be transferred to and processed in the US. We rely on standard contractual clauses with our vendors for cross-border transfers where applicable.

10. Changes to this policy

When we materially change this policy we will update the "Last updated" date and version above and notify active users by email and in-app banner before the change takes effect.
